The engineer said you guys can find a similar terminal on Linux like the one on Windows,just need to make sure the baud rate and the protocol are the same as the pics show:

It's not easy to flash the firmware in linux, you'll need something linke J-link, minicom, and we haven't tried that yet.
You'd better use a windows system to do that.

J'ai installé "minicom (2.7-1build1)" et "cutecom (0.22.0-2)" plus "lrzsz (0.12.21-8)", mais je n'ai jamais utilisé ce genre de logiciel. Alors il nous faudrait des copies d'écrans comme ce que vous avez fait pour les utilisateurs de MS-Windows.

S'il vous plaît, pourriez-vous procédé rapidement à vos essais pour être en mesure de nous transmettre la procédure exacte et détaillée à utiliser pour mettre à jour le firmeware !

Merci d'avance pour la promptitude avec laquelle vous produirez le guide de mise à jour du firmeware sous Linux Kubuntu.

Je n'utilise ce type de système ou de logiciel de Microsoft, j'utilise uniquement Linux Kubuntu 16.04 64 bits !

Actually,you don't need to flash the firmware for 301(it can't be modified because of the close source),and it is well flashed when it leaves the factory.
So i guess it doesn't matter.

Pas seulement, c'est pour tout ce qui touche les logiciels, le software ! Geeetech doit fournit pour les trois environnements (MS Windows, Mac et Linux) les logiciels ainsi que la documentation adéquate pour les trois.

Comme ici, la liste des paquets a installer et la procédure bien documentée pour le faire sous Linux pour la mise à jour du micrologiciel (firmware) de la carte contrôleur GTM32 Pro.

Hi.
I'm trying to burn new firmware on my 301.
All is Ok with the first part, but the final doesnot work.
When i try to send the new firmware with hyperterminal, the process does not work, and i get a time out.
No problem to burn the bootloader, and the no problem to connect with hyperterminal.
I tried to run it under admin mode, Windows XP compatobility mode, the printer alims off, then on, on various usb 2 or 3 ports, and it just does not burn anything.
My PC is a recent W 10 64 bits machine.
