Gt2560 revA no 5v

Hello I cut the power while printing then my board won't power up any more. The green leds go on. But I don't get 5v I meassure only 1.3v. I've checked fuses f1 f2 f3 and they are all good. My fans still work my LCD and bltouch don't. When I plug my USB into the board nothing happens my computer doesn't reconize it anymore. Does anybody know what happend here? Also can I fix the board? Hope there is some help here kind regards

It seems like some fuses about the USB connector have been broken.Could you post some pictures about your board which is on?

Sorry for the picture it is from my tablet's camera.

I don't kniw if I'm right but I think it could be the board or the power supply even though both leds still working.
