Hotbed dosn't warm up

I have a problem with my board GT2650.

The hotbed is no longer warm. At first, it was only sometimes warm, then no more.
The voltage at the terminals of the board is 0 volts.

I still have warranty. What can I do?

It is best to check your hot bed line connection，especially with the board.

Sorry, but there is no Voltage on the board for the hotbed. The line connection to the hotbed is ok.
