Easy Print Update

Hi I have V1.0.17 Beta and now when I start Easy print it said that V1.0.19 Beta is available! I click download but nothing happens?? Can I have suggestions on what is wrong? Thanks in advance. Percy

The model or serial number you set may be wrong，please have a check.
