hotend hitting base plate
Hello, When z is set to 5.0 in the manual control the hotend is just above the printing surface and so when I try and print anything it just begins to scratch on the printing surface, any suggestions? I am new to this 3d printing.

Have you tried to adjust the leveling correct?
