Settings for Cura or Simplify3D

Hi,

I received this printer a week ago and I still have not been able to connect via the Easyprint software or the App (No WiFi connection is possible).
I try to make a profile in Cura so I can use that, but what are the settings? So far I have only been able to print the Dog file that was given on the SD card, but I would like to print something else if possible.
Please supply the settings for Cura or any other slicer of your choise because so far I can't use this printer.

I think I need more details. Whether you have installed the driver correctly, this is a prerequisite for the correct connection of your computer to the printer.
WIFI binding process is in accordance with the user manual correctly?
You can refer the E180 print setting in Easyprint 3D

How about the standard settings in Easy Print 3D software?
There is no information about many seetings...
