E180 Wifi Wil Not Connect

OK - I got the App.
I enabled wifi on the printer.
I clicked "Set" for WLAN Name - got into the screen which tells you to use the App
I connected my phone to the GT_Printer network
I put in my SSID and my password
App says "Configuring" followed by "Wifi is fail"

Any ideas anyone ?

What's your app version and wifibox sn? what's your phone os?

Alex asks for your module's serial number.

You will find it on a silver sticker.
One is placed on the packaging and the other on the module casing.

Oh - I don't have a WiFi module - I thought the wifi was internal to the printer. Am I wrong in this ?
