Upgrade: E3D-V6 + Titan + 3D-Touch

Hi,
I designed a modification to install a E3D-V6 Hotend + Titan Extruder for my I3 A PRO.
Wanted to get rid of that heavy MK8. Also added a cooling fan and support for 3D-Touch.

For a standard Titan Aero configuration, the maximum recommended temperature is 285°C when hot tightening you should heat the Titan Aero up to 285°C, and when changing nozzles you should heat up the hotend to 285°C.
