ive downloaded the new firmware...still same problem,the bed and the extruder's temperature are 27 degrees...as soon as i heat either one of them...the mintemp err is triggered again ....could the sanguinolou board be different? like 8 mhz and not 16 ? anyways if you have more ideas i am ready to try again

Please tell me the results after doing the following respectively:
1. Unplug the heating wires of extruder, heat up the hot bed or extruder.
2. Unplug the heating wires of hot bed, heatup the hot bed or extruder.
3. Unplug both heating wires of extruder and hot bed, heat up the extuder and hot bed.

1. after disabling extruder heating wires with bed wires connected :

*heating the extruder.....no mintemp err(temperature doesnt go over 26/195)
*heating the bed.....mintemp err
________________________________________________________________________
2. after disabling bed wires with extruder wires connected :

*heating the bed.....no mintemp err(temperature doesnt go over 27/95)
*heating the extruder .....mintemp err
________________________________________________________________________
3.disabling both bed and extruder heating wires:
both bed and extruder are heated with no mintemp error but the temperature doesnt go over 26 for extruder and 27 for bed.

my LcD screen used to show GeeeTech I3C before installing the new firmware ....now its I3B.....could this be a big deal ????

I think the problem exist in the power supply. Do you have another PSU to check it?

No i don't, and if i have a power supply ,I shouldn't use any power supply other than the one shipped, you geeetech said that clearly in their manual,Now should I ask for a new PSU ? and this malfunction is covered by the company right?

i tried to measure the output PSU voltage.....its 3.3v i connected it on the the wires leaving the PSU, i have a question though, if i unplug the power cable ,the green light on the PSU is still on untill i unplug the usb cable...is that right???

How did you test the output voltage of PSU? Could you please take a photo.
