hello again... i have mesured that , its 11.9 volts both...what should i do next ???
I have an other problem, the Z axis cant move smoothly , it goes up but makes a lot of noice , but does not go down...
please can SOMEONE help me ? How Should i fix this problem....
this is its very frustrating
i would apreciate if someone could help me PLEASE cause i don't have any answers yet...
if someone can take some time to answer me i will appreciate it

Is your heatbed work now? If not ,Please check if somewhere of the wire are connected. If so, the current will not go through thermistor.
