Z AXIS BLOCKED in one direction

Hi. Did the new board work? I am facing exactly the same problem. Motors for Z axis only moves down. Everything else working fine...

Same here. bumping the issue. if there is a solution. I have a 10 day old A10M. and Y axis only goes forward. I am interested in learning what made it so.

I found out on of the motor modules on the board was damaged. I replaced it with the extruder module and did a test... motor started moving both directions.
