Did you selected a right board in Arduino IDE? If not, choose one from Tools/board menu.
Did you set a right board configuration in Marlin firmware? If not, change your settings in configuration.h or boards.h(for newer version Marlin firmware than 1.0.0), search MOTHERBOARD and #define it to the board you want.
