I have exhausted what little I do know about 3d printers to attempt a solution, is anyone else able to help?

Please check the connection of the thermistors. Did it short with something else?

I have checked the thermistors individually and cross checked them both in the bed temp port. Both thermistors appear to be working properly and give proper temperature readings for the bed temp. I will attempt re-soldering the terminal to the board and report my results.

I have now re-soldered the port on the board, more than double checked that the thermistors are good, and even shorted the pins with a jumper (should have given MAX temp) and have not solved anything. I still get MINTEMP. This must be a firmware issue or something else, but not a hardware issue as far as I can tell.

Yes, I have re-upload the firmware a few times. The problem persists.

Did it read temperature correctly?
What thermistors do you use? Did them bought from us?
It looked you couldn't read a right temperature.

I purchased the 8mm acrylic kit from you via Amazon.com; Order: 106-6565273-1087461.

The thermistors work correctly, I have tested both with the bed temp input.
The extruder temp reads 0 despite all my efforts.
