Err: MINTEMP LCD and Repetier-Host

My LCD reads Err: MINTEMP and once connected Repetier-Host shows this:

Error:0
Extruder switched off. MINTEMP triggered !
Error:Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)

Please short the 2 pins on mainboard for connecting thermistor. See if there is any difference displayed on LCD.

There was no difference. it is reading 26/0 26/0 and the error stays there

If I short it and remove then short again the left side number changes as such:

26/0, 47/0, 120/0, 8/0

Both sets of Thermistors do this

Turn off the printer and turn it on again, see if there is any diferrence.

Turned it off and on three times all three times the LCD read;

31/0 26/0

Err: MINTEMP

I found if I turn it off and unplug the USB as well then plug it back in the temps change a bit each time. Sometimes higher sometimes lower.

So what should I do now? How do I fix this?
