power switch i3 broken after 3 week

Where can i get a replacement power switch for the I3 8mm after 3 week (and used 5-6 time since i had to get some part reprinted) the power witch is dead (alway open so it's note safe to use even when printing it can sort) it's only 3 week printed

so how to get the replacement fast usign it this way is risk of fire

How could that happen We had all the switches tested strictly before sending to our customer. We have sold thousands of printers and this is the first time we meet such a situation. Please contact the customer service .
Before you get a new one, you have to disconnect AC power when not printing.

I see that kind of faillure nearly every week since i work in quality control, quality assurance for over 25years in electronic, telecom and building material. The switch was ok for the first few print i understand you cannot put industrial switch and take a big sample to test test up to the failure juste sad i have lot of problem with this printer at least with my professional background i can find a solution my self (and i see the online manual is improving in the last few week )

i will contact the customer service the last time they didn't answer but i got an answer online from you for the printed part

I sent you a pm with the link and order in the link, i don't know if i both it from you direcly or a reseller there is hundred on sell on aliexpress usign the same display same picture (some error like z axe some picture have 2 slider bearing some picture have only one apear on every seller add )

I contacted to seller who bought from you for resale on aliexpress, he said you refused to help him 2 time to get the right switch. I don't want to risk running with non electrical code aproved switch. if i repair it and it catch fire you will paid for the repair???

We find that you bought your printer from the agent.
We won't refuse even 1 time to replace a new switch for you because we confirm that it's really switch issue. If you bought your printer from us, we will send you a new one as fast as possible.

So since i bought it from an agent (not sure what agent mean for you but here it mean a offical seller linked to the maker) you refuse to replace it right? On ali difficult to know who have legit or not product. It was your box i saw one box of a machine bought from you. And all use your picture and template to sell

Agent is not official seller, they get the product from us, but we are not sure what they sell you is fine or not, new or old. What we sure is that the product we sent to agent is fine.
