printer not working

Hi I've purchased Prusa i3 3d printer and i'm struggling with getting it work properly. I've assembled all the parts and connected all the wired to the board as the instruction tells. USB drivers and "Repetier Host" software installed as well. As i power on the printer the fans spin and the LCD turns on but shows a dozen of blocks only. I've tried to test on the heaters and steppers using "Repetier Host" but nothing works. I need help on this please.

How about re-uploading the firmware? Please check your email.
