Firmware Setting for Filament dia

Hi. I'm New user for your 3D printer(Dual Extruder Double Heads Reprap 3D Printer Prusa I3)

I tried many different setting and your recomend setting , but output failed.
I think extruds PLA quanity is too small(thin) .

1) which board is compatible my control board(your new GT2560)... ?
- Ramp 1.4 or Sanguinolorololu

2) there is a menu on control. filament dia. why minimum is 2.500 ( your included PLA is 1.75mm)

so, would please let me know how can set filament dia on menu .

3) and if you can, would please send me a firmware source and pin assign information ( I have experience Arduino programming) .

4) and My 2nd Extruder's motor turn reverse direction.... How can set normal direction on LCD menu?

1. I think your mainboard is GT2560 if its color is white.
2. Sorry, I can find an item called "filament dia" on menu.
3. The firmware has been sent to your email, please check. And you don't need to change anything of firmware, because it's been well set.
4. You can connect the extruder motor in the opposite direction.

I think after uploading the firmware, everything will be solved.

1. I sent the firmware to tutor4com@nate.com on Monday with an attachment. Just now I sent the firmware to both of your emails again.
2. GT2560=Ramps1.4+Mega2560, but the driver is as same as Sanguinololu.
3. In our setting, the status of "E in mm3" is off.

Hi.

I also have a problem with the Filament dia settings. I also have the GT2560 white board.
When I restore from failesafe the settings for the Filament dia are off, everything works fine. but after rest, the settings come back and instead of the 2.500 I have different charters, not numbers. im unable to turn it off, and it stays on "on". I have to reload the failesafe settings again because loading setting settings that I save after calibration to the EE2 dosnt change the Filament dia to off.
Any idea what can cause this?

hi,if you want to store the modifid parameters ,please turn on LCD,select "control"---"store memory".
if you could not find the option,maybe it's hidden.you must release it by changing firmware.look at the following prongram.
//#define EEPROM_SETTINGS ...............if there is a "//"before "#define EEPROM_SETTINGS ",the option will be hidden.

Hi.

I already tried to save the parameters and reload them when the issue occurs, it didnt help.
I have uploaded the latest firmware for the 2560 board and its working fine now.
