The 06/18/2015 I received the printer GEEETECH I3, with card "GT2560"
Mounted but the extruder is not turning.
I include photos mounting tab to see if the wiring is correct.

In both the two connections for any extruders the engine runs.
I invert the motor "X-axis" with the engine of the extruder and manually commanding the extruder motor turns, while the "X" axis is not moving.
I reversed cards "A4988" and in any case the extruder is not working, while the other three axes always work properly.
I checked all the tensions between GND and the blue wire of the engine in all 5 positions possible, and is 12 Volt
At this point it could be a hardware problem card "GT2560" or a software or firmware problem?
I have to make me replace the card since the printer is new? Or I can do other tests?

Il 18/06/2015 Ho ricevuto la stampante GEEETECH I3, con scheda “GT2560”
Montata ma l’estrusore non gira.
Allego foto montaggio scheda per verificare se i collegamenti sono corretti .
Ho provato a comandarlo manualmente con il menu LCD, ma non gira.
In entrambe le due connessioni per gli eventuali estrusori il motore non gira.
Ho invertito il motore “ asse X” con il motore dell’estrusore e comandando manualmente il motore dell’estrusore gira, mentre l’asse “X” non si muove.
Ho invertito le schede “A4988” e comunque l’estrusore non funziona, mentre gli altri tre assi funzionano sempre correttamente.
Ho verificato tutte le tensioni tra GND e il cavo blu del motore in tutte e 5 le posizioni possibili, ed è di 12 Volt
A questo punto potrebbe essere un problema hardware della scheda “GT2560” o un problema software o di firmware ?
Devo farmi sostituire la scheda visto che la stampante è nuova? O posso fare altri test?
