Strange problem: printing moved to the edge?

Hello! Sorry for disturbing you, I found a very strange error that I can't understand.

I did some successful print with my Prusa I3, and I tryed to change some settings to improve quality. Yesterday I got the first occurrence of this problem:

In Slic3r, I put the model in the centre. When I start the print, the prusa start printing near the top border.

I don't recall changing something relative to this, all the axis move without problem, and the endpoints works flawlessly.

Do you have any idea where I could start looking for fixing it?

Access "Printer settings" to change some parameters:
