Hi l was able to make my printer connect to my computer but when I click on any function no responded
I click home or any other function I will get no respond
I tried using both OS Windows and Mac same issue.
Any clue?

what's your printer type? and have you set the correct baud rate as the user manual says?
How about the PSU output? Also the repetier host window, do you get the command waitting info?

My printer is Prusa I3 M201 yes I have the right baud rate in Windos and Mac

Rate baud is ok yes I get command waiting for info
Psu is Good because I can make the motors start from the LCD

Usually the baud rate for the M201 is 115200, and the receive catche size is 63 not 127. If these still not working, then:
1) use another USB cable;
2) try another baud rate ;
3) check the value of the COM port properties here, it should be 9600.
