Hello.

My extruder motor doesn't work (and never worked) for Iprusa 3x, GT2560 motherboard. I've come through forum and nothing helped.

What I did:

1) I've installed firmware for my printer from this link http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 10&t=17046
2) Extruder doesnt move from repetier and LCD menu, when noozle temperature is higher than 180 deg and no filament inside.
3) I've tried to change cables from different motor --> cables work
4) I've tried to swap motherboard input between extruder motor and X-axis motor. Then moved extruder motor from repetier by moving x-axis. Extruder motor moved --> extruder motor works.
5) I've worked with multimeter. It s shows 1.1V voltage between potentiometer and GND. Even so I've checked voltage on the end of cable for extruder motor, it also showed around 1V.

Please help. What can I do for my extruder motor work.

Swap the extruder motor driver with x axis, see if the driver is defective.

I've done it in 4th step that I described. Motor is moving--> it is alive.

According to what you said,maybe its the driver module's problem.Swap the the Extruder motor's driver module with the X moter's.

I guess you are right. I swapped this thing ( I guess it is called driver) from x axis, now extruder works, but x axis is not working now. Do you have any idea how to repair this driver? or I have to replace it only???

Yes,you must replace it with another one,cuz every motor has its own corresponding driver module. Here is the purchase link：
