x axis and print head steppers not working

I have a prusa i3 x with the gt2560 board.

It has worked perfectly for a couple of months and then the print head stepper stopped feeding. The motor would pulse with a slight up and down of the filament, but not enough to feed. I tried replacing the driver board, and then the stepper motor. Now the x axis does not work it makes a loud vibration noise and it does not move.

I have tried reflashing the GT2560 and nothing changes.

Is this a bad GT2560 or am I missing something else?

About x motor,i guess the driver on it may be broken..
