Mini square PCB heatbed for me creator questions

Mini square PCB heatbed for me creator - this board is the pefect size for one of my kit built printers. Could ay one tell me what type of female connector it needs?

Also what is the thermistor type on the pcb board ?

finally the pin out I'm guessing pins 1 and 6 are 12v and gnd pins 3,4 are +ve , grnd for the thermistor are pins 2 and 5 used?

As far as I can tell the board is shipped without any leads or thermistor. So you can use any style.
