Reset to Factory Settings not working after firmware update

Hello everyone.
I am experiencing a strange phenomena after updating firmware in easy print. My E180 is now rattling and vibrating all over my desktop table with or without usb connection.
I was hoping that after I switch the E180 off and restart it without the usb i can proceed printing like before via the TF card slot but the printer makes still this rattling vibrating noise. So I tried to reset to Factory Settings and nothing, my E180 is now a noisy desktop vibrator and I can’t stop this unless you guys know how to reset it to its original in a different way.

Thank you for your help.

You can downgrade the firmware and then see the result

Hi William and thank you for your reply.
I have downloaded this Firmware Toolbox and it gives me this error message: Error, updating failed! Cannot make serial port object.
This is all to technical for me and I wish there would just be some switch that turns of the memory just like removing a battery and replacing it to bring up the factory settings. How hard would that be but while I am spending my time searching for solutions this Geeetech E180 rattles like a vibrator everytime I turn it on.

1.Remove the cover of the bottom
2.Ensure the noise from which motor.
And then swap the A4988(X-axis motor and the noisy motor)
