Internal SD Card

Can someone please give me a bit of advice about how to access the internal SD card ?
I was going to put the new UI firmware on it.
However, it seems to be covered in a kind of glue and seems to be utterly impossible to remove.
Any ideas ?

Try to remove it with a knife.
A hairdryer is a good helper, the glue can be removed more easily in high temperature.

Did you take the housing apart in order to get to the board ?

Yes, I take off the bottom plate and loosen the screw for PSU fixing.
