Z axis problem

When I drive with the z axis it moves instead of (0.1 mm to 1mm ) (1mm to 10mm) what can I do , pls help me

The Z step seems not correct, it goes up too much as it should.
If you have T8 rode, try to calibrate the proper Z step/mm.
