A10M_Extrudrer work only with one filament

Hi,
I removed the nozzle and put the filament manually into the extruder. Only the right-hand filament flows, while the left-hand filament is blocked. I tried to clean with the tool provided but does not change anything. Can someone suggest a solution? thank you.
