I assembled and tested print using SD card. Then the knob stopped working. I can onlypush in. But when I turn the know to change settings, it didn't do anything. How to make to work again.

I think you should remove the knob off then move it with your hand.
Maybe the knob inside loose.

I just assembled my brand newA10 and it also has a knob that will click but not move the selection when turned.

I have the same problem, there's nothing wrong with the plastic knob, it is the potentiometer part that is not registering the rotation steps.
Is it possible to get a replacement part or PCB?

Still waiting from response from sales@geeetech.com after being sent to them by technical@geeetech.com. Been 2 months now.

The issue is just the pot, not the knob, itself.

Since it uses the flat ribbon without pins, sort of rules out just replacing the display and I didn't buy the thing to spend another $55 for new display & board. Time to spend my money on a different brand, I guess.

I have the same problem now. I've had my A10 since fathers day this year. I pretty much only print by USB since I'm not really a power printer. Just yesterday my knob doesn't register turns any more only clicks. Does anyone have an easy/quick solution?
