Setup Problem

Hello, I just bought an A10, and the set up all went smoothly, but when I plug it in, the display does not turn on, but when I was moving the tray, I noticed the screen lit up a little. I don’t know what’s wrong or what I’m doing wrong.

Most likely your ribbon lcd connector is loose either way by lcd side or motherboard side. Check them, reconnect and lock.

Hi, You can try to re-plug the cable to the LCD screen.
