A20M issues

So i bought an A20M second hand. It powers up the lcd screen turns on with nothing on it, the power supply is reading back 24v. I cannot connect it via usb to computer as it doesnt even know it was plugged in and yes the usb drivers are installed. Is this a Bad control board? or just one with no bootloader/firmware?

Also one of my stepper drivers is pretty warm compared to the other ones even if i move it from one socket to another

Hi, You can try to install the driver manually,

Then see if you can connect to the computer.

If you can connect to the computer, you can download the firmware on the official website: https://www.geeetech.com/download.html?download_id=33
Then flash the firmware.
