Print stops every 5 minutes and beeps

Hi! I have a Geeetech A20 and I am having problems with my last prints.
It starts to print but then stops and beeps and the screen shows: resume print / extrude more
When I print without the filament sensor it doesn't stops, so it seems to be the problem. How could I fix it?
And I have another problem because the nozzle is closer to the bed on the central point than on the square ponts, so I assume the hot bed is combed. How could I fix it?
