Part cooling fan driver issue.

Hello i got my A20M 4-5 months ago.Was trying a new part cooling fan and it stopped working. It seems always on, does not respond to M106 and has 24V but no amps i guess, i have a led there it it glows dimly, usually was very bright.
Checked the Mobo and found burn marks near a transistor.

Did a test print everything else seem to work fine, hopefully will stay this way.
A new mobo is kinda pricy, so any advice is appreciated!
