Heating plate doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I received and installed my 3D printer I3 pro B.

After the first use I realized that the heating plate did not rise in temperature.

In the attached picture, it can be seen that, despite a set temperature of 100 ° C, the plate remains at 20 ° C.

I had already checked the connections between the board and the plate, all seems correct.

Maybe someone can help me here ?
