So at last it was a mechanical problem.
In the 3D Touch sensor the needle which comes out at the bottom is fixed to a magnet with a shrinking tube. That was loose. So the needle could move within the shrinking tube and the distance to the magnet changed from time to time.

yesterday I received my 3dTouch autolevel sensor and installed it on my geeetech prusa I3 Pro B acrylic.
I followed the instruction manual and everything seemed to work fine. Then I noticed, that after a auto home (G28) or autolevel (G29) the nozzle is about 0.6mm over the bed.

I am the one who started this thread.
Just wanted to say, that I could not find a solution to my problem. So at last, I exchanged the extruder against a 8 Euro metal Extruder from ebay.
Since then everything works absolutely fine and without any problems.
I should have swapped the extruder ...

I bought a Acrylic Prusa I3 Pro B set a few days ago and assembled it.
Yesterday I did my fist print and I was very impressed. Looks really good.
I did not update firmware or changed any settings. Its all out of the box ;-)
When I print a testcube with 20x20x 2mm the result is 20x20mm but ...
