Not printing

When I load in a gcode file into EasyPrint 30 and set the COM port and the printer to I3ProB I click Run Job and nothing happens. The printer has the CH340 chip and I have installed the drivers for it.

I connected, clicked slicer, then when it was done I clicked Run Job and still nothing happened.

Hi, You need to connect the printer before slicing.
After connecting, you can see the hot end
and hotbed temperature status of the printer at the bottom.

I have tried this and still nothing is printing. The extruder is staying on 25.9°C and the off bed is staying on 49.6/50°C.
