How to use your printer in Mac

hi,
sometimes it happens to me.
1. try to reinstall the drivers
2. you have to turn off the mac and on again
3. pay attention to not have other programs to stamapante lit 3d create conflict.
However it is strange because the macbook goes smoothly instead on imac occasionally lose my USB port

thanks for the answer, I have solved this by replacing the GT2560, as it was faulty.
