I3 PRO B Display not working

Hello, I've assembled my new I3 Pro B within the last days. After finally switching it on only the fans are working and a green light is on. The LCD display did not show anything. The type of the LCD is different than mentioned in the PDF assebly ionstruction. I've attached two pictures showing assembly of the flat cable on the LCD connector and the controller board.

Not sure if I missed something or maybe used the wrong connector.

Maybe anybody can guide me the right way

Hi, You can check if your screen wiring is reversed.
Adjust the voltage range you need before turning on the printer;
Turn on the printer to see if three lights on the motherboard are on.

Ve and VB are on, 5V is off.

Do you have a pin layout for the wiring? I checked pin 1 and 2. Looks like Pin 1 is power and Pin 2 is Ground in both connectors. but verifýing would be easier with a proper pin layout.

If the 5v light on the motherboard is off, the screen will not light up properly.

William, and now? Who is taking care about any next step? Who shall I contact for replacement? This is a new device, I do not want to just buy a new Controller board on my own.
