Me Creator cannot move to X+, Y+, Z+

Hi John, I've just visited the geeetech website, and found that it actually should have a fan attached tot he extruder (see image).
The 2 units MeCreator that I received did not come with the fan.
The fan may be the solution for the filament not melting at the upper part of the barrel of the extruder, what do you think?

Hi, we are using this extruder well and clogging happen occasionally because of our wrong operation.
And sometimes our settings were wrong.
I send a gcode file which we usually use for testing, please have a try to print.
If it's OK, that means you may set a wrong setting somewhere.

HI John, is your extruder has a fan blowing to it? my units do not have such fan.

Hi John, I tested the gcode you sent to me 'Test_40x30x10_PLA_1.75_0.3.zip', the result is the same, the filament jam after first layer. I have a video on it, how to send to you. Meanwhile, please see the images for filament I pulled out after it jam the extruder.

Please give me good advice to end this frustration. I received 2 MeCreator last October, but it is still not able to do any print.

Is the engineers at Ge Tech have given up on this product? no one seems to take any initiative try to solve the problem, the sale person at Ge Tech is incommunicado.
