power supply problem

I just finished assembling my acrylic i3 pro and there is no dc power. I have checked all the connections and the voltage selection switch is correct. The power switch lights but the led does not. I checked the input voltage 122 V, but the output only shows 35 mv.

Please take a picture of bottom of the power supply.

It appears to have been the voltage selection switch. I changed it to 220 v and applied 220v and it worked then I changed it back to 110v and applied 110v and it is working just fine. switch probably was not in full contact.
