Printer disconnecting

I have another problem with my printer, when i tell the printer to heat to a specific temperature it gets to the temperature, then it disconnects.
Does anyone have any ideas?

How do you tell the printer to heat, by LCD or Repetier on computer?

When you are heating the hot bed or heating both hot bed and extruder, what will happen?

I dont use the hot bed, I am only heating the extruder

What is your printer type and mainboard type? Did you change the firmware?
