I printed from the sd card 2 objects. The first was the extruder holder that you attached in a previous post, the result wasn't good because of bad print quality especially the infill, but the geometry was perfect. The second object was my drawing and the result was again bad with bad print quality and false geometry and coordinates

It seems that you can finish printing with SD card.
I think the "bad quality" of the extruder holder you called is the infill pattern. The fill pattern of this model is rectlinear, so it looks ugly inside.
As for your own drawing, I think it's slicer setting issue. You can refer to this page to set it:

The item looks good, but it jumps at some layer. I met the same problem before, it is because somewhere of the filament is stuck that the x axis could not pull the filament, so it jumped, and printed like yours. This is my own experience, I don't know if this could help you.

This is my last print. it is possible that the filament stacks always and doing this all time ? I'm planning to change the sanguino board with an arduino mega and ramps 1.4. The firmware is the same and the only thing that i change is the type of board ?

The x axis jumped.
Is it hard to move x axis with you hand? If it's hard to move it, the x belt is too tight, please loosen it properly.
If not, you can rotate the screw on x motor driver to raise the voltage between the screw and GND to 1V.
If possible, please mind what happens when x jumps.
