both extruder stepper motor not working

i brought new Geeetech Dual Extruder Prusa i3 pro C kit lastmonth

My problem is both extruder stepper motor not working.I done all wiring as per manual.but
if i give any print both extruder get heat,but stepper motor wont push filament.if i push by hand
the filament flow through noozel.

Maybe it's the problem of exruuder motor, extruder motor driver, or motor cable, check this post to see if there's anything wrong:
