Y axis stepper motor issue

Did you swap the driver board? what's the result?

I swapped the Y axis connector(stepper motor connector) with the X axis connector on the driver board and now the X axis is the one acting up. So I can conclude that the PCB board is not working correctly. Maybe a firmware update could fix?

I've sent the firmware to you and you can find out .If the problem still happens,plz contact the customer service .
