ABS delaminating and separating
My ABS parts come out looking nice but they are weaker then PLA. I am no printing .2mm with a nozzel at 250c and a bed temp of 100 with a 60mm/sec speed but the parts are still fragile. I have a honeycomb 30% fill which is the Geeetech default. Any suggestions.
Re: ABS delaminating and separating
As for ABS, you can try 230c and hotbed 65c.

Thanks Mark. Have you printed ABS successfully and are those the temps you use?

My clleague used to print with it, I think it might help you.

Not to sound like an ass but could you ask your colleague if those numbers worked or was he just playing around?
Re: ABS delaminating and separating
He's not playing around. How about slow your speed? I'll attach my speed for you of my I3 X. maybe it can help you.

That looks great I will try that later today and give you feedback. And thanks for the effort. I hope it works.

Re: ABS delaminating and separating
The ABS (white) is still de-laminating. I have tried the suggested settings but alas they make no difference. The PLA prints (yellow) are stronger which should not be the case. Any other suggestions?

Don't know the solution to this problem...

Could I get the fill settings that you use?
