Is there any way of clearing the GT 2560 of the firmware and reloading it ?
I don't know if I have the right firmware on the board but nothing is working
Please let me know if it is the right thing to do and how to do it

Hi,I suggest you to upgrade the firmware with EasyPrint 3D.
Here is the download link:

Ok here is the problem . I have downloaded the Easyprint program but when I try to install it I get a message that says a "Cabinet file" is corrupted and will not install.
