Broken Parts by delivery

Hi,

i have bought a MeCreator 2 over Aliexpress. After i open the parcel i found that the extruder was not secured and so it hits the Y Axis Motor holder with bearing and the Belt holder and its broken.

Unfourtenly the reseller is not responding my request and so i need your help please.

Is there for Germany any Spare Parts available or is it possible to print those parts as PLA or ABS on a other printer?

I will try to put a picture to this post for reference.

Unfourtenly the reseller is not responding my request and so i need your help please.
