unload filament

i can't remove the filament to replace it with the new one. What is the correct procedure?

You need heating the nozzle at first then you can remove it off.

I'm unable to remove filament from the print head, I've tried heating the extruder but it still will not come out. What am I doing wrong.

1.Heating it up to 220C
2.Then press the pressure bar
3.Refer to this video and then load the filament again

I've noticed a problem that I saw on the original build "ERR:MAXTEMP". The Print head has a thermistor that is broke, I can change the temperature now movining the thermistor wires. Is this something I can replace ?

You can get it easily.
It is a 100K thermistor.
