When printing, sometimes the extrusor suddenly leaves the piece pattern and travels in X or Y direcction until bed ends, come back and restart the print process. The result is a bad quality piece as the image.
Anybody experienced a similar problem? What could cause this behavior?

Re: PLA threads on piece
It seems your pirnter has a issue of retraction.
Try to check the gcode at first. Then check the temp of the nozzle.
For PLA:190~215c is ok.

Hello.
Some slicer programs have an option: cooling by retracting the head.
The effect may be similar.

Re: PLA threads on piece
I think it is not a retraction problem, the threads are created during the random travels the extrusor does until the end of the bed. I am not solved the issue yet . . . anybody have a similar problem?

Hi.
You can attach your Gcode file with this model here.
I will check on my printer if it will be created correctly.

We want to check your gcode file.Rdos wrote: Tue Mar 26, 2019 3:25 am Here a gcode model where my printer fails . . . it begins to fail in the first 30 minutes yet and in a similar way of the previous photographs

But we found your gcode file type is .gco.Not the standard .gcode type.
We can't find your setting from your files.
We suggest you attach the slice setting.
