I did another test, just connect the warm bed that mosfet gets hot, cools and unplugging the printer works but are not flat.

Can you move the motors and heat up the extruder? If they works fine, you need to replace a new MOSFET only.

is their work without problems the temperature of the 'extruder rises above 200 degrees without problems

The current for heating extruder is lower than the hot bed, so I think it's ok.

I guess the problem is that the MOSFET or a general problem on the board but that is not seen.

So we need to check if the other part of the board is fine. If they are fine, then replace a new MOSFET, and check if the MOSFET is still burnt.

I confirmed that I do replacement mosfet, and if the problem persists you change the card?

That's the only way to solve the problem if it persists after you replace a new MOSFET.

hello, I did change the mosfet again as seen in photos but the problem persists, he continues to overheat and burn all around.
