Melted Geeetech Peek J-head V2.0 HotEnd
Melted Geeetech Peek J-head V2.0 HotEnd
Hello,
I've setup my prusa i3 and wanted to do extruder calibration with ABS filament, I heated hotend till 235 degree Celsius and feed it with ABS filament, filament traveled 33mm and stopped and than I checked my hotend and its heated metal part was moving when I touch cables. I researched on internet and saw lots of people had same problems with J-head hotend.
P.S. - I followed installation guide to the letter and Cooler fan of extruder was working while it melted.
So can you please give me OK for replacement ? And I will contact to customer service with this topic attached.

You can rotate the black screw hightlighted in the picture, to tighten the metal part.

Did you change the firmware?
Re: Melted Geeetech Peek J-head V2.0 HotEnd
it's normal marlin firmware and its not problem of firmware because I've bought all metal hotend from my country and it works as it should but your product failed in first print while I was calibrating extruder. Can you please give me ok to refund or please send me all metal hotend. I received flawed products from you.
Re: Melted Geeetech Peek J-head V2.0 HotEnd
hello, I didn't change firmware and also i wrote another comment to this topic but it didn't published at all.
Please give me full refund or I'm going to open dispute.
